Natural Gas

As the number one spot exchange for Natural Gas, EEX offers natural gas contracts in 10 countries and 11 hubs across Europe. More than 1,000 products are offered for trading, covering spot, but also futures and options contracts for the major European gas hubs.

Environmental Markets

EEX is the leading platform for primary market auctions under the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). For trading on the secondary markets, EEX offers liquid spot and derivatives products under the EU ETS allowances (EUA, EUAA) as well as related spreads, while trading in a broad range of North American environmental products is offered by Nodal Exchange.

For the provision of historical and current market data as well as settlement prices, indices or other calculations as well as EEX transparency data for Power, Natural Gas, Environmental Markets, Renewables provided by EEX Group, EEX AG charges the following fees depending on the ordered module and access type and option (End-of-Day or Real-time):

InsightCommodity

The new online marketplace bundles service offers for analytic solutions, processed raw data, the latest market news, consultancy services for trading and risk management as well as the procurement of power and natural gas. Users can access sample data, request trial access and contact the experts directly.

_{1) Available for companies which did not have a contractual relationship with EEX AG and were not admitted as trading participants of EEX or clearing members of ECC in the last 12 months prior to using the service(s).}

_{2) Per company once for one year. Thereafter, the price applicable without the status as a new company (as described in footnote 1) shall apply.}

_{3) Available for companies up to the Series B financing round, i.e. in one of the following financing phases: Pre-seed financing, seed financing, Series A or Series B financing. Also available for companies with a maximum company age of 10 years and up to 15 employees.}

_{4) Valid as long as the company concerned fulfils the conditions set out in footnote 3, subject to a price list amendment cancelling the corresponding benefit.}

_{5) Available for ECC-Clearing Members.}

Membership Fees

EEX Group offers various types of membership to access the wide range of energy and commodity markets within the Group’s trading venues. “Full Membership” enables trading participants to trade all products listed on EEX. In addition, there are different membership options which provide participants with access to specific markets, such as environmental and emerging markets or the primary EU ETS emissions auctions.
